You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or misrepresent identity or age. Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited.
All virtual items within Dark Renaissance, including but not limited to blood points, card symbols, rank titles, and cosmetic items, are the property of Dark Renaissance and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, traded, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services outside the game. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time to maintain game integrity.
Dark Renaissance is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from unauthorized access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Renaissance, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
